What wood is the frame made of ?
Burmese Teak Wood for sizes 20 x 30, 20 x 24 and 20 x 16 inches.

What is its thickness ?
18mm at the photo edge. 10mm at the frame edge. 50mm in width. +/- 5%

Is it for Indoor or Outdoor ?
As you like it to decorate your space.

Will it get damaged in the changing weather conditions outdoors ?
Burmese teak is used on the deck of Yatches that weather storms and hott sun yet last long and doesn’t warp.

Are they completely handmade ?
Much of it is by hand. Much of it by machines.

Is the picture shown included with the frame ?
No. You can download the picture for free here and print at your neighborhood printer.
You may also download our other photos here for free.

Can I change photo ?
Yes. As many times as you like.

Are the frames for hanging on the wall ?
Yes. Both, either a Portrait or Landscape photo.

Can they be used as table top frames ?
Yes. When they are supported (by your wall for example) at the back.

Does it have an Easel at the rear ?
No.

Can the frame be turned to fit Portrait or Landscape ?
Yes. All frames rotate to encase Portrait or Landscape photos.

Does it have hooks on the rear of the frame to hang on either sides ?
Yes.

Do you provide screws to fix on our wall ?
Yes.

Can I fix it on my wall myself or do I need a carpenter ?
Yes. it is simple Do-It-Yourself task. All you need is a drilling machine to drill a hole, a screw driver to drive the screw in and your loved one closeby. :)

What about measurements to fix ?
Follow the simple steps below.
Step 1: Take help of someone to hold the picture at the position you like it be fixed.
Step 2: Step few yards back. Correct the alignment (refer ceiling and wall edges) and finalise the position.
Step 3: Take a pencil and mark on wall where screw hole is to be. Place the frame far away.
Step 4: Drill the hole, drive the screw until only the head remains approx 5mm out.
Step 5: Place the Hanger on the screw firmly. Reconfirm. Let go. Feel the look… Enjoy unto antiquity ! :)

How long will the frame last ?
Burmese teak should last a century and more.

Do you give guarantee ?
The wood is its guarantee. No, we don't give additional guarantee which we believe is unwarranted.

What about termite and borers ?
Teak's natural oil inside the wood repels its enemies.

What about maintenance ?
If the frame breaks apart talk to us and we'll try to fix it back for you. Else, it just requires oil recoating when you feel the need of refreshing it on the front and rear (including veneer backboard).

Can I polish it with other than oils ?
We don't recommend. However, its your property now thus as you wish.

What about shipping and delivery ?
We recommend you see it before owning it. Check out the nearest gallery to you for a visit. If none in your city let us know.

What about returns and exchange ?
No returns. No exchange. If you're not sure, please don't own it.
